By accessing or using our website, registering for events, or engaging with our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

SANZE CONNECT provides institutional programs, events, advisory services, tourism experiences, and diplomatic facilitation across Africa. Specific services include:
- Event registration and ticketing
- Program applications and participation
- Partnership and sponsorship opportunities
- Tourism and signature journey bookings
- Advisory and consulting services
3. User Accounts and Registration
When you register for events or programs, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Event Registration and Payment
Registration: Event registrations are confirmed upon successful submission and payment (where applicable).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
Event Changes: SANZE CONNECT reserves the right to reschedule or modify event details. Registrants will be notified of significant changes.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants in our events and programs agree to:
- Treat all attendees, staff, and partners with respect
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior
- Respect intellectual property rights of speakers and presenters
Violations may result in removal from events without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SANZE CONNECT SARL and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANZE CONNECT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SANZE CONNECT SARL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
